How to use

Choose a game from the front page and create your own instance. You get a unique URL that you can paste into the address bar of a tablet or display at your booth.

As a registered user you can manage your instances and subscriptions more easily from your account page.

The game admin panel opens from the bottom-right corner of the game. You can customise the look to match your brand. A paid subscription is required for commercial use.

Copyright and responsibility for content: The user (customer) is fully responsible for all material uploaded to the system. Messunäytöt.fi does not monitor, pre-screen or accept responsibility for the legality or copyright of customer-uploaded material.

Public nature of content: Trade secrets or confidential information must not be uploaded or stored in the system. Messunäytöt.fi accepts no liability for potential compromise of such information.

Data storage: All data uploaded to the system — including personal data collected through lead forms — is stored on servers located in Helsinki, Finland. Data is not transferred outside the EU or EEA.

Cookie policy

This service uses only session cookies that are strictly necessary for the technical operation of the service and maintaining login sessions. They are not used for tracking or analytics.

Session cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser or log out. We do not use third-party cookies or tracking pixels.

Personal data collected: When creating an account we collect email address and password (hashed). For leaderboards we store player-entered nicknames and scores.

Purpose of data use: Email address is used for account management and service delivery. Nicknames and scores are used to display leaderboards.

Retention period: Data is stored in the server database and deleted on request or when the customer relationship ends.

Data transfers: Data is not transferred to third parties or outside the EU/EEA.

Visitor data at events: If a customer collects personal data from event visitors in a game instance, the customer company acts as the data controller for that data and is responsible for its own GDPR obligations.
